I say original because now there are many more members of this family. Friends we have made over the years, family we have adopted as our own, and those that have married into our family have become part of us. We have always had a welcoming home. I loved that when I grew up all the neighbor hood kids would come to our house to play. I am grateful for a mother and father who are so charitable and loving.

Well Dad asked if I would start this blog for him and they would keep it updated. But I could not pass up the opportunity to blog on it and tell my parents how much I love them & my brothers and sister too.

although it is fun to see your family picture it just is not right, too many people missing! Get the other ones on will you so I can stalk your family! Maybe this way I can keep up better but don't count on it.

also need to start a blog. I'll check in here with everyone. Uncle Buck has new total shoulder replacement, I've had a lot of stupid falls finally damaged right hand, it is mending and we are in survival mode just taking care of each other. Poor Uncle Ronald has been taking care of himself...I still scratch and rub his back, but that is about all. Bless his sweet heart. He is 87
December 8th It would be nice to
send him a card. He sleeps most
of the day, not much energy to do
more. Our old family members are
"winding down". Sorry we didn't get to come to Texas this year.

This is great that you have got a blog. It is so sweet to see Mic's and Mike's grandchildren and children. Everyone has grown up on me.
